Mindfulness, wellbeing, and stress reduction sessions

These sessions provide you a warm and supportive opportunity to fully indulge in your own relaxation and self-care. 

Where-ever you are emotionally, the calming energy of each session will gently lead you on a journey of rest, release, and relaxation.

My sessions are one-of-a kind and are designed to provide you with a luxurious hour of you-time. The entire hour is guided, meaning that you will always be able to feel at ease in what we are doing, and you can focus on just relaxing and recharging. 

I deliver regular retreat groups,

and private 1-1  and group Sessions.

What is Mindfulness?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also commonly known as Tapping, is a therapeutic technique that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine, psychology, and tapping on specific acupressure points on the body.

By combining elements of Somatic Therapies, Acupressure, and Psychotherapy EFT provides a unique and effective approach to overcome a range of challenges.
